The Director
The Director has an acute understanding of the bigger picture, with a firm grasp on the pulse of their organization. Subsequently, the Director is talented at setting the stage, targeting opportunities, bringing out the best in their players, and getting things done. Through empowerment and inspiration, the person in this role motivates those around them to take center stage and embrace the unexpected.
“Education through Technology” I introduced this concept when Gujarat was changing and computers were used to teach Computers and software. I took up a challange to teach subjects like Science Mathematics, Social Science, Languages using Computers.
To experiment, to collaborate, to give the product a final touch and market it was a tough time for me. It took an effort of an director to fulfill it.
